Master Global Education & Livelihood Inc. ("MGELI", "we", "us") is a TESDA-registered educational institution based in Bacolod City, Philippines, offering the AI Certificate of Competency (CoC) program. This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you use our website, course platform, and AI teacher.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, username, and the computer (PC) tag you use in class.
• Course activity — your exercise answers, progress, day/hour position, and evaluation notes.
• Conversations — your chat messages with the AI teacher, and its replies.
• Technical data — login session tokens (passwords are stored only as secure hashes, never in plain text).

Why we collect it

• To run your course: track progress, grade exercises, and keep your place in the 5-day program.
• To provide the AI teacher experience — it needs your history to teach you continuously.
• To administer accounts and keep the platform safe.

Our legal basis is your consent and the performance of the educational service you enrolled in.

Where it is stored & who sees it

• Data is stored on secured servers (our hosting infrastructure) with access limited to authorized administrators.
• AI service providers process course conversations to generate teacher replies; we do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
• We keep your data only as long as your account is active, and delete it when you ask.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, and to object to or limit its processing. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the period required by law.
