Terms of Service

Master Global Education & Livelihood Inc. · Effective August 2026

1. The service

We provide a hands-on AI Certificate of Competency (CoC) course: 5 days, 8 hours each, delivered through our online platform with a personal AI teacher. By enrolling or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

Accounts are personal. Do not share your login or let others use your identity.
Keep your details accurate so we can track your progress correctly.
We may suspend accounts used for impersonation, abuse, or disruption.

3. Your conduct

Do your own exercises. The point is your thinking — the AI does the typing, you do the learning.
Do not use the platform to generate harmful, unlawful, or deceptive content.
Do not attempt to access other students' accounts or data.

4. What we promise — and what we don't

We promise a real, structured learning experience and honest feedback on your work.

We do not guarantee: that you will pass the CoC assessment, receive a certificate, get hired, or earn income after the course. TESDA certificates recognize competency; employment and income depend on many factors beyond the course. Anyone promising otherwise is not speaking for us.

5. Course materials

Lesson content, exercises, and platform materials belong to Master Global Education & Livelihood Inc. You may use them for your own learning, not republish or resell them.

6. Fees

7. The AI teacher

The AI teacher is a tool, not a human instructor. It can make mistakes. Always verify important answers, and report anything inappropriate to us.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, AI output errors, or interrupted service. Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
